Breaking: “World-Class” £150k-a-Week Star Ready and Waiting for Manchester United Move

Breaking: £150k-a-week “World-Class” Star Reportedly Keen on Man United Move

A new report claims that a “world-class” player is currently “waiting” for Manchester United to make a move for him during this summer’s transfer window.

**Man United Still Eyeing a New Striker**

Following a disappointing campaign that saw the Red Devils finish 15th in the Premier League, United are actively seeking reinforcements—especially up front, where they lacked a reliable striker throughout the season.

With doubts surrounding Rasmus Hojlund’s long-term role, United continue to be linked with top-tier forwards. Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres is believed to be a prime target, with the club reportedly already in contact with his representatives.

Gyokeres has been sensational for Sporting, racking up 68 league goals over the past two seasons and scoring 11 more in European competitions.

Other potential targets include Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitike and Crystal Palace’s Jean-Philippe Mateta, as United look to finalize their striking options for next season.

**World Cup-Winning Goalkeeper Eyeing Old Trafford**

Meanwhile, fresh speculation surrounds the other end of the pitch. 32-year-old World Cup winner Emiliano Martinez is said to be highly interested in joining Manchester United, despite receiving offers from clubs like Galatasaray and the club’s absence from next season’s Champions League.

Earning £150,000 per week, Martinez could be an ideal addition, especially with growing uncertainty about Andre Onana’s role as the No. 1 goalkeeper.

Martinez has been one of the standout goalkeepers in both the Premier League and Europe, earning the 2024 FIFA Best Men’s Goalkeeper award ahead of elite names like Donnarumma, Ederson, and Maignan.

Known for his commanding presence and leadership—most famously during Argentina’s 2022 World Cup win—Martinez has drawn praise from the likes of Gary Neville and Nuno Espirito Santo, who hailed his incredible save against Nottingham Forest last season.
